The Sanctuary is the UK's biggest day spa, a place where therapists perform 30,000 facials a year. They are the experts. Their Boots-exclusive range, used in the spa, represents fantastic value for the quality for the products. The current packaging did not sufficiently convey the USP, nor was it easy for customers to navigate on fixture.

Solution: New pack hierarchy and range structure, dividing products into 3 'Facials' that represent the most popular in spa and reflect consumer research into key skincare needs.

New benefit-led names with appealing claim plus better defined 'story' on back of pack.
